You're a routine delivery driver for 'Terminal Dispatch,' and today's job is a standard run to a remote hospital. The drop-off is simple enough, but the silence inside is deafening. No staff, no patients, just an eerie quiet. You find the supplies have been received, but as you turn to leave, you discover the hospital's dark secret: they aren't treating people. They're changing them.

Now, the place you came to help has become a tomb, and you're trapped inside. They won't let you leave. You're the newest candidate for their twisted experiments, and every shadow holds a new horror. Your medical supplies won't save you. Your only chance is to escape before you become one of them.
